Wally Amos loved to bake fresh cookies even before he launched the Famous Amos cookies brand in the 70’s. As an innovative way to pay homage to this pioneering entrepreneur, FCG created ”Famous Amos Ingredients for Success,” a signature program aimed at supporting and championing Black entrepreneurship through business grants.

Through this collaboration, Famous Amos has established a sustainable philanthropic initiative that directly supports Black-owned small businesses while also upholding the brand’s commitment to racial equity as inspired by its founder, Wally Amos.

Utilizing a strategic combination of PR, marketing, and community relations, the grant program effectively sustains and cultivates interest from the Black business community at large.

Through our efforts, we successfully achieved a goal of receiving 3,725 grant submissions, resulting in a remarkable 767,406,257 impressions across print, online, and broadcast media and an impressive 92% key message pull-through.
