Sharron leads all Human Resources and business operations. Known for her collaborative, creative and results-oriented approach to everything she touches, Sharron is an integral member of FCG’s leadership team. In her role she has helped FCG retain and attract some of the best talent in the industry, expand our services footprint and continue to enhance our business operations. Sharron holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Morris Graduate School of Management, an International Event Planning Certification (IEWP) from QC Event School and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Robert Morris University, where she graduated Cum Laude. Sharron is a current member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and notary public.

Christina’s background includes a mix of journalism, public relations, marketing communications, trade show marketing, and global communications. Danyele Davis, Vice President

Danyele Davis is a Vice President with Flowers Communications Group. She currently manages the account services for the MillerCoors, Brown-Forman and Chicago Park District accounts. Her work includes the development and ongoing management of the award-winning signature initiative MillerCoors Tap the Future; multicultural advertising; and stakeholder relationships, in particular with multicultural nonprofit organizations. Danyele has more than 15 years of experience in promotions, brand marketing and public relations expertise and has won 12 industry awards, including the PCC Platinum Award for her work on the Get Fit with Walgreens program.

Wanda Taylor–Ward, Controller

As one of the first employees hired at Flowers Communications Group in 1993, Wanda Taylor-Ward has more than weathered the challenges that typically confront a start-up company. During her initial year at FCG as accounting manager, she was instrumental in developing what have become the agency’s standard operating policies and procedures. Through the years, her financial savvy has resulted in many cost-saving initiatives for the agency and has added greatly to the agency’s financial structure and profitability.
